High-purity potassium chloride is produced by refining the potassium chloride recovered in vast quantities from the Dead Sea in the framework of the much larger operations of the Dead Sea Works (DSW) complex.  The potassium chloride product range includes pharmaceutical, food, feed and industrial grades, and rehydration formulations. It is also used in many industrial applications ranging from gas- and oil drilling to metal treatment.
