Our pure and natural sea salt, Sodium Chloride, is familiar to all as an essential ingredient in almost all cooking both in the family kitchen and in the food industry.

Our Food Grade Potassium Chloride, natural and sourced from the sea, is used in a growing number of foods. It is used in mineral-rich drinks, in the processing of gelatin, fish, sea weed carrageenan and canned vegetables. It also serves as a substitute for table salt in low sodium products.

Magnesium Oxide is used to produce magnesium salts for food additive purposes.

Light Basic Magnesium Carbonate is used as a free-flowing agent, in leavening mixtures for industrial-scale baking and in pH control of food preparations.

Calcium Carbonate (Scoralite®) is available in various Specialties with low impurity levels (Pb, Fe, Al, Cd) and it’s used as calcium source in a wide range of food applications like infant food, dairy products etc. It can also be the base for the manufacturing of calcium salts such as citrate, ascorbate, lactate etc. Furthermore, Scoralite® can be used as anti-caking agent and as whitening agent for TiO2 substitute.
